I am trying to start a new home based business in northern Buncombe county. I have tried lookin on the county website but don't see anything. I have also checked the Secretarty of State site and see a list of the forms I am sure I will need but nothing simple like...'here is a list of everything we want and here is where you file it'. So, anyone done this lately? I am starting a small, no employee, home based thing. Nothing special. Thanks!
