Nope, everyone has a pickup truck and a toolbox. The area is overrun with handymen; and there is not much call for property management. You will to go to a larger metropolitan area.

We have been pleased these past couple of months with the services of IPM (Investment Properties Management) in Arden: 828.650.6850. They also provide rental services:TonsOfRentals.com, which is how we found them.

To find construction repair people, I would ask for references at Loews and Home Depot. They may even have a few business cards to offer.
