Park Ridge Hospital (Asheville, Fletcher: budget, friendly, health care)

I almost never start a thread and now I'm doing two in one night

I've just gotten back from Park Ridge Hospital in Arden and I'm speechless...
It was quaint and frightening at the same time. The hospital was small and looked "modern", the staff was extrememly friendly but the equipment seemed so antiquated and everything ran with the efficiency of a hospital many years ago. I'm also wondering what the religious affiliation is. Can someone give me some info?

Please understand, I'm not bashing Park Ridge in anyway, the took really good care of my Mom during her surgery. It was just a "weird" experience.

Seventh-day Adventist and I believe it's actually Fletcher as opposed to Arden. Mission is the best hospital in the Asheville metro area.

I would be happy to share about Park Ridge Hospital as I am the marketing coordinator there. I am very proud of our hospital as we are actually quite technologically advanced (for ex., we were the first in the Carolinas to get a 64 slice CT scanner- the best available at this time!). From my experience the Adventist Health Care System is A LOT about the bottom line and not going over budget.
