SouthCiffs is on Hwy 74E in the Fairview Community. There is an entrance
that will take one straight to the office to sign up for property and
possibly a home.

It is out of financial league, so I have not driven on the grounds.

There are several developments along US 74 E that are thriving.

And then if you take I-26W (a.k.a. the future I-26W) the developers are
working hard at Reynolds Mtn. Also, if you go into Weaverville, they are
trying to create new developments.

But I would be extremely leary of purchasing land in any of these properties.
The housing market is not good. In my neighborhood (North Asheville/North
Buncombe County) houses have been on the market in excess of a year,
including FSBO and realtors.
