Tell me about this area in Asheville
Looking to move and just thought I would ask
The area south I-40/north of 112 in SW asheville between 19/23 and sandhill rd (sandhill road kind of wraps around the area I am talking about...not talking about biltmore lake)
Any info would be nice....
Pretty much want to know safety for the most part

Your link to Google Maps clearly showed the many 'trailer parks' filled with single wides that dominate the area.

I bet 99.9% of the locals have no idea where it is, other than your clue of Chunns Cove but that would be nice, especially if you like living in the woods. It is a very narrow road that loops around, out of the way, quite, yet only minutes from shopping and downtown. Not that many houses, none of them typical, but A-frames and similar.
