My family and I were fortunate to visit Blowing Rock this summer. We were absolutely smitten! In the evenings, we took long leisurely strolls around town to window shop and enjoy the lush landscaping. We often passed by a tiny house on a side street with a gorgeous garden statue in the yard. I fell in love with this statue and searched high and low for a similar style to take back home to Texas with me. No luck I even knocked on the door of the home a few times, but nobody answered.

The first time I saw this lovely lady was in the early evening. Fireflies were dancing around her head. Magical!

Garden Statue

It reminds me so much of a character in a book my daughter loved as a child. Can anyone suggest a source?
