Default Waynesville

Hello. I am actively looking to move from Atlanta to possibly Waynesville or Brevard, NC. I am a woman of 48, have two energetic sporting dogs, will seek employment in almost any venue just to move. I will also pursue my art with the goal to do that full time at some point. That region of the country has really struck a cord with me and I am intent on settling there...just need to figure out where exactly. I did get to visit 4 cities in Dec. and narrowed my choices to Brevard, not having seen Waynesville. I will plan another trip in March or April. Can anyone help compare the two cities? Any information at all is very useful. Thanks!

Never been to Waynesville but Brevard is a nice little college town. It's also a favorite with retirees. You might also want to check out Hendersonville and Flat Rock in nearby Henderson County.

Highlands and Franklin are closer to Atlanta and in my opinion have great resources.
