I have been wanting to move to Asheville for 2 years now.
I found a good business to buy in the Brevard area..... i thought..close enough. I heard and researched that it rains alot more in Brevard and is warmer and humid??? Is this true???

What you're seeing there is the orographic effects of that moist SE air coming in off the Gulf and Atlantic and heading up the mountain slopes. As air rises it cools and the moisture condenses as rain and snow. So Brevard averages 64.34" inches of rain and 8.3" of snow compared to Ashevilles 37.55" of rain and 13.6" of snow. Asheville is in what is referred to as a rain shadow of sorts being in a bowl with mountains all around it that suck a lot of the moisture out. The rain is pretty evenly distributed throughout the year though so you'll mainly get more of it when it comes--now you know why they have so many waterfalls down there

Average Annual Precipitation in Brevard: around 66"; in Asheville:46". So yes, Brevard gets quite a bit more rain. Pisgah Forest tends to be very lush and beautiful around Brevard due to the high rainfall totals.
In my experience, any temperature differences between the two seem negligible.

I would add, that while Brevard, Highlands, Cashiers, etc. gets more rain, I don't believe they have more days of rain, they just get more on days it rains.

Highlands gets half again as much rain as Brevard (over 90 inches a year). The waterfalls in Transylvania are fed from the higher elevations that get more rain. But yes, Asheville gets less rain.
Try visiting or even renting in the Brevard area over the summer and see if it is too much for you.
