441 would take an hour if the weather was clear and sunny and there was not another car on the road.

Any peak tourists periods, you are probably looking at 2.5 - 3 hours or longer as you will never go any faster than 20 MPH. Then factor in that Cherokee and Gatlinburg traffic can make 441 look like a speedway.
