Default any with experience/knowledge of Sherwood Forest?
Sherwood Forest is an Audubon community of 1,000 acres located south of Brevard near the SC border. It has an HOA of about $100/mo.

I would like to hear feedback, if anyone has any, on the HOA, the community, the location, etc. Any news would help.

I am looking at maybe buying a home there but need to do a little research first.
