Apt near UNC Asheville with Cycling Oppurtunities (apartment, to live)

I may be taking a job just south of UNC Asheville and I am looking for an apartment rather close that would allow me to commute by bike to work and hopefully, have easy access to parks, country roads, etc for longer biking and running oppurtunities. I am hoping to get away from depending on my car for everything and rely more on cycling for everyday activities. Let me know if you have any recommendations.

In this area there are lots of small connecting streets, and most of what you need to live day-to-day. Downtown Asheville is also accessible.
