Default Another blow to Asheville
Volvo CE to close. I was one of the "15" from May in the initial layoff. What a shame..............

Going to take 3 or 4 jobs to make up for a each good paying job at Volvo.

You are right about that. Our local government is just now thinking that maybe they need to do something to recruit companies to come here. Too little and too late for the wife and I. I have been seeking employment elsewhere (the western US) and we know we need to go. Have a job offer in South Dakota that is a good possibility, just have to get over the fear of relocating.
