We ate there tonight. Arrived at 6:15, seated by 6:30. I wouldn't recommend the cassoulet. Everything else- cheese plate, pate, mussel soup, quiche- was wonderful. We brought a toddler and most of the diners seemed horrified. The owner stuck him on a barstool with a giant hot chocolate and things went well from there.
There really should be a WNC eatery thread here. Next time I eat out I'll start one if nobody beats me to it.
