Hello all, it has been a while since I visited the Biltmore estate. Going with my in-laws this time. Do I need to pay to enter the property gates ? What if I just want to enter the home, but do not want to take a tour...do I need to pay to visit different areas of the house ?

Also, do I need to pay to visit the winery and the arboreum ?

Thanks.

Tomorrow will be a rainy day, so I want to get their early and leave early, so I don't want to take that long self guided tour...just a stroll around the home and the grounds, maybe some wine tasting and we are outta there.

Biltmore Admission Tickets - Ticket Prices

This Web site will answer all your questions. But, in brief, yes, you have to pay to enter the grounds, to go into the home, and etc. Different packages are available and seem to start at $35/pp.

Pretty much no matter what you do at Biltmore, you have to pay to get in the gate. Even if you wanted to buy two cases of wine, have dinner, walk your dog on the grounds or just drive through and not stop, you will pay the entry fee.
