Does anyone know anything about this complex? I am hoping to work at UNCA and thought it would be convenient.

That's the ones off Coleman Ave, right? They are older and quite a few students live in there, but I believe they are quieter than most student-dominated complexes.

EDIT: oops, that's not them. The reviews for Woodland Hills on ApartmentRatings.com look very good.

We lived in Woodlands Hills for 6 months after moving to Asheville. It's a pretty good apartment community, and the traffic is not bad into Asheville, depending on the time of day you would commute.

They have a good manager, and they are particular about the appearance of the apartments. We left a mop out on the balcony to dry after mopping the kitchen floor and were reported. The manager called and we had to bring it in.
