Does this mean you will move all previous posts about Asheville to the new forum to help newcomers find them all?

Wonderful!--thanks! Will "Asheville area" include everything from Hendersonville to Weaverville, West Asheville to Black Mountain (at least that much scope)?

I would think so, but it just depends on how City-Data chooses to define "Asheville". Historically, the Asheville Metropolitan Area has been defined as Buncombe, Henderson, Haywood and Madison counties.

Thank you, mm34b. Traditional demarcations would be really helpful.

City-Data may also decide to just go with a mountain region of North Carolina sub-forum instead.
