I've heard several of the sand/water haulers HAVE slowed down a bit for a few weeks. Something to the effect of the nice, but unexpected winter, has finally caught up. And there wasn't enough work ordered because companies weren't expecting such a nice winter...
If things are slowing, it's temporary.
