I am trying to locate a company that was in Arena, WI. Does anyone know if Lifeline Equine is still in business? If so, where are they located?

Well, there's a website with lifelineequine ending in dot net that lists Arena, WI as their address.

There's another website at a dotcom address. There's a "contact us" link that will take you to an online contact form. Maybe you can try that.

I also found another website that had a "contact Equine Lifeline" link that gave an email addy of [email=petspeak@swbell.net[/EMAIL] .

I placed my first order with lifeline equine about a year ago for the copperquine product. I received it and it really helped with my horse's lameness. Although it helped, she still seemed very stiff after 3 months of use so I decided to call lifeline equine back and ask if they had any advice. She advised me to purchase the Muscle Max, as she said it would help with her flexing of the joints. I purchased the product, waited and waited and three and a half months go by and still no product. I call them back and with no questions asked, she says she will ship it right out to me. I told her that I had already waited so long, that I would just rather get my money back because I had come up with another alternative for my horse. She kept putting me off about refunding my credit card and we spoke with her three times about it. Still nothing, so we called after a week went by and the 800 number transferred me to a cell phone of a woman who lived in WI but knew nothing about lifeline equine and the other number was disconnected. That was about two months ago and now they are telling my credit card company that they won't refund us the money because we never sent the product back when we never even received the product in the first place. Now I am out $255. I would recommend using caution if you decide to do business with this company.
