Default Nice, older neighborhoods in Kenosha

Hi there...will be moving up to Kenosha with my family and would like to move into a nice older neighborhood that is reasonably priced. I like sidewalks, mature trees, perhaps a front porch, architecture pre-1950s, etc. It would also be nice to be close to a park and shopping if possible. I'm not too concerned about schools at this point since my kids are babies. Does this type of neighborhood exist in Kenosha, and if so, what areas would that include?

I don't know what the prices are like, but the area starting at 7th Avenue and toward the lake (will probably get more expensive the closer you get to the lake, however) is nice. There are a few parks in the area, too.

Thanks to you both...so would that be streets in the low 60s and avenues in the mid 40s? On Google Maps I found a park called Forest Park around 61st St. and 46th Ave.

Thanks again!
