Beautiful shot. I've never been up there either. Maybe this summer.

1) Rice Lake, Wisconsin
2) I think this has to be somewhere on Hwy. 53 going north toward Duluth. It's a turn off to the Lac Courte Oreilles Indian Reservation. (Pronounced La-cooteray)
3, 4, 5) All south of Superior, Wisconsin. Hwy. 35, I believe.
This disposable camera doesn't do the scenery justice.
