I would have never found those settings on my camera. I really appreciate you taking the time to help me and offering some excellent pointers.
Maybe you can give us a little critique, what we are doing wrong, how to change it, anything that will help us improve our photography skills.

Awesome shots! I keep telling you guys you are good! I mentioned Ray Hartl years ago when he was starting out, his shots taken in overcast or fog were his best sellers.
I have one hanging in my entry way that is still for sale on his website, after all these years.
