Default Algoma - Kewaunee County
Thanks! I know I have more someplace in my files :-)

This one was taken in Algoma (Kewaunee County - along the Lake Michigan shoreline)...looking northward. The steps you see on the far left lead down to a very nice lighted boardwalk that runs from the Chamber of Commerce building down to the pier. In the background, though kind of hard to see, is the marina and their very picturesque red lighthouse. The beach always seemed to be pretty well-maintained and during the summer when it's really hot inland, you'll find a lot of people going there to be "cooler near the lake."

Great pictures! Nice to see some east side pictures! I live close to the lake but no camera! :-(

I have to head up to Door county one of these days! I love the "cooler near the lake" haven't used my a/c yet this summer, cools off at night and a fan is just enough.

I went for a ride today in the Baraboo hills. I was unable to load my pictures onto Photobucket so I thought I would attach them so I could still share them with you guys. It was a beautiful day today, with temperatures in the upper 70's and lower 80's. I will post a few more on another post.

I think I posted one of Little Lake St. Germain back in February? I'm not sure through.


That's funny you asked plains10, because this weekend we're going up to Rhinelander and Minocqua. We're only staying for 3 days. In September I will be up in Minocqua for 9 days though. So there will be some Northwoods pictures coming within the next week to month.
