What exactly is a public domain? Also what kind of camera are you using?

Their own website that they show all the pics. Like a gallery. Some of these shots are just fantastic! My camera is a sony cybershot 8.1 pix 10x zoom.

Thank you very much. What you're talking about is called selective coloring.
I use Adobe Photoshop for my post processing. Here is a link that I found to help me remember how to do it.
