This one was taken south of Portage of the Wisconsin River. I've always loved the view from here. (Below)


I must say this is like my signature picture. I was driving down a rural highway and seen this and had to stop to enjoy the picture.

So on February 29th. I ventured off to Lodi, Prairie du Sac, Sauk City, Baraboo. I was hoping to view some Eagles in the Sauk City area. My luck wasn't with me though. I will say that highway 60 is Beautiful! What an amazing countryside. Here is some pics.

Josh, we were thinking about taking a ride out to Prairie du Sac. Are the bald eagles still congregating there?

It's kind of sketchy right now with the temps warming up. I didn't really focus on finding an Eagle. There was no one else there. So it may be to late. I would contact the Chamber of Commerce.
