Anybody read this book? A good portion of it takes place in Lakeside, WI, and I'm wondering if anybody is familiar with that town. Apparently it's only a few miles east of Superior. Gaiman describes it as a very beautiful town, and I probably wouldn't mind taking a road trip up there for a day, just to see where one of my favorite books took place. (I'm coming from Milwaukee.)
