Default Where to go in Green Bay...?
If I bought a house for about 75-85k, where would be the best/safest area for the house to be located at? Also, I would like to be somewhat near (20 min commute) to the Airport. Thanks for your help!

Probably somewhere in far west green bay(around maybe 9th st or so) or ashwaubenon.

Ashwaubenon,Allouez,Howard. All nice,growing areas close to airport.

Avoid the east side unless you pick Allouez. It's a pit of stagnant development and most (but not all) of the 'questionable' neighborhoods are over there. also avoid the bay beach area near downtown.


By far the safest area (as in,you can walk to get milk after 10pm and not fear being mugged) is Ashwaubenon.

Everywhere is close to airport. I live in De Pere and consider it quite safe.
