I think Waukesha County is the most corrupt in the state. That is all.

Default Walworth Corruption

I've only lived in this county since 2011. In that time I've lived in Williams Bay, Lake Geneva and Delavan. I was listening to a podcast in which the interviewee was suggesting that we learn who our local DA is and what they're up to, with the idea of drumming up support or resistance. That's how I found this thread, and it sound like resistance is in order, but it would be helpful if someone here could point to any actual reporting on local corruption.

Delavan Darien Community Alliance is an organization focused on alleviating suffering amongst the poorest in these two municipalities. That might be an place to meet people who are interested in working for positive change.

I live in rural Walworth County, but I moved here from Illinois, where corruption is an institution, so it would not take much to be an improvement over that hell hole.

Honestly, I have not really been engaged much in Wisconsin politics since I moved here. I live over a mile from my closest neighbor and the less I see of people and politicians the better. I moved here to get away from people after all.

Overall, I think Walworth is a terrific place to live. My main motivation in life is just to be left alone, and that request has been honored for the most part. Perhaps at some point I will become more engaged with the local political scene, but honestly I am kind of enjoying having no part in it. Politics has the uncanny ability to make otherwise normal people into raving lunatics, and just ignoring Wisconsin political life is a much less conflicted way to go about it IMHO.

The problem here is the bigger picture. When I was in school, we were all indoctrinated to perform the pledge of allegiance. That said we pledged allegiance <i>"to the flag and the REPUBLIC for which it stands."</I> The key word here is "republic," NOT democracy! In 1913, the 3rd Central Bank was created via the Rothschilds of Europe. A family of International Bankers who basically ran the world, via the financial markets. Every war since the battle of Waterloo was created and ran by the Rothschilds. They financed governments, and they financed BOTH SIDES in major conflicts.Slowly over the years they took over the education systems, where for over a hundred years they have been indoctrinating us to believe that this country is a democracy, when in fact, it is a "CONSTITUTIONAL" republic. The Founding Fathers HATED democracies! Ben Franklin was quoted as saying "<I>a democracy is two Wolves and a Lamb deciding whats to eat!"</I> It is essentially Mob Rule!
Our Constitutional republic was created based upon the law of trespass. long as you did not rape someone, go onto their property without their permission, rob them or steal from them, or endeavor to harm them with willfulness, <b>there is no crime!</b> We were under "Common Law" NOT Statutory laws or Statutory schemes. Common Law, or Common sense. Laws do not create crime, or revenue (re-venue) Statutes, however, create crimes out of non criminal activity, and revenue via statutes. The Republic for the United States of America, was replaced with a corporation known as the UNITED STATES (all caps) which coincides with one of your three birth certificates. After 1913, with the passing of the Federal Reserve Act, our country became a democracy, and after the Bankster created Great Depression, Franklin Roosevelt, sold out our country in the same way his predecessor, Woodrow Wilson did. In short, we are the dupes of designing men, who have committed a coup on our financial system, using it to Racketeer, extort, and commit fraud upon us all!
This is why we are all victims of the system, and will be until we get rid of the Federal Reserve and take our country back from the International Rothschild led banking cartel!WAKE UP AMERICA they have turned us all into corporations via the Birth Certificate.
