Yeah, having a city with multiple suburbs around name the same is pretty common. We have Milwaukee, South Milwaukee and West Milwaukee.

Default States with same name?

Do any of your know the several states that share the sames name? They include, ID,IL,KY,ME,NC,NY,SD,TX,WI? A homework 6th grade teaser question and I do not know.

Michigan has many cities named after ones in New York. Canandaigua, Manchester and Brooklyn just to name a few.
