I'm not sure what a jag is, but I figure its referring to me getting mad over some people's attitude. I never said Wisconsinites couldn't be arrogant mod cut, just commenting on the bad reputation Illinois people tend to have in Wisconsin. Also, I said "people like that" give Illinois a bad name. I would think anyone could read the unwritten flip-side to that, that just because you are from IL doesn't mean you are an arrogant mod cut.
