Is Menasha a flood prone area due to it's location?

When was the last time it had a major flood, if ever?

I grew up in Menasha and my family still lives in the area so in 30+ years I can't ever remember any major flooding. I remember some flooding around the east end of town on hwy. 114 by Heckrot Nature Area and some in the the town of Menasha on the west shore of Little Lake Butte Des Morts. But besides that I can't remember any other.
