I would vote for LaCrosse.

I went to college there for four years. If they had high tech IT jobs in La Crosse, I would have moved back years ago.

Fortunately for you in the medical field, there is Franciscan Skemp, which is part of Mayo Clinic, and Gundersen Lutheran.
