Hubby shot a 5 1/2 year old doe. She is huge! Just hoping we can fit it all in the freezer! He's going back out this weekend to see if he can bag a buck.

Anyone know of any charities in WI that will take venison?

Hunters Helping the Hungry (HHH) google Wisconsin Hunters helping the Hungry and can locate butchers near you that take deer at no cost and send to local food banks.

All us Hunters appreciate the help of donations.


Have to wait til I see a deer to post a story

My neighbor shot a 10 pointer this morning. My husband and son helped track it. They were both so excited. Next year they plan on hunting after we establish residency.

Missed 1 so far have not seen any really..My step son has a nice 8 pointer and a doe and my nephew shot a monster 13 point.
