Default info about markesan, wi.
We will be moving to Markesan, Wi.in the next few weeks any info that anyone can give me about this town would be greatly appreciated. WE don't have small children so really don't need to know about the schools.

Markesan is a nice little town, it's rich in history. It has about 1,300 people and various buisnesses and even a High school/Middle school and an elementary school. The cities website is www.markesanwi.com

I've been to Markesan a few times and must say, that town seems perfect. I loved it. It seems to have the Americana feel to it. I always go through Markesan on my way to Green Lake, another beautiful town. Other than that, yea Markesan is a very good choice. Stop in Portage sometime!
