Default Marshfield questions

Is there a lot of available parking in Marshfield? Is it mainly free parking, metered parking, garage parking, etc.? Are there a lot of no parking signs or signing limiting hours of parking? Just wondering in case I decide to rent a car when I vacation there. Thanks.

I get the impression based on your posts so far that you're from Europe and are not familiar with how car-centric most of the U.S. is.

At any rate, parking is simply not an issue at all in Marshfield. Some small cities have overnight parking bans on the city streets from, say, 2am to 6am (as I believe Marshfield does). But if you're on vacation I presume you'll be staying at a hotel or a motel, and they will have a private lot where you can keep your car for free during your stay.
