We have Cellular One and they were just purchased by AT&T. There is also Cellcom, Verizon and Alltell. There may be others too.

I just moved to Two Rivers from Illinois and needed to change from T-Mobile. I wanted simple service for emergencies/car trips so I went with consumer cellular. They offered some reasonable packages and appear to have service where my sister is in the UP.

I did a search for Wisconsin Cellular Companies and found sites where I was able to compare packages. Being on a fixed income now, I did not want to be paying for alot of features I wouldn't be using so that's what drove my choice.
