So, who will it be against my Patriots in 2 weeks? Hard to tell right now. The weather is definitely impacting play. How could it not?

DH is so happy(NJ transplant). Most people around here were sure the Packers would win. One friend was already planning their trip to the super bowl. No one thought they would lose...

Even though we are currently living in WI, we are and always will be New Englanders. So of course we are hoping for a 4th SB ring for our Patriots.

I feel bad for Favre though. He's a lot of fun to watch and a trip to the SuperBowl would have been a great way for him to end his career. Now? Who knows what he'll do.

Default Pats

I too am a New Englander.... Just wondering if it is safe to come out of the closet now! One day my hubby accidentally grabbed his winter Pats hat and BOY did he get dirty looks at work. He was even asked to remove it before he entered the building!

I get the impression that most folks here are Packers fans specifically as opposed to football fans in general, so it's possible that many people here won't bother to watch the SB, but if they do, they will probably remain loyal to the NFC. Maybe??

Signora, what part of New England are you from?

We had a blast tailgating yesterday at Lambeau. We dressed for the weather and it we were quite comfortable. It was fun to see the different outfits people were sporting.
We were in a bar that had both Packer and Giant fans. People were very gracious to the Giant fans. The Giants played better then the Packers yesterday and deserved to win.
Considering that the Packers were picked to go 6-10 this year, it was a special season. So much fun.
I watch the Super Bowl because I am a Packer and a football fan.

We are football fans but falling in love with the Packers. My son loves Payton Manning and even though they don't stand a chance we will be cheering for the Giants and Payton's little brother.
We never likes the Pats even when we lived out east. We tend to cheer for the working class teams. Brady may be good but he is too much of a pretty boy. Maybe because my husband is a loyal Buckeye we don't like boys from Ann Arbor!
