Default Fox Cities subdivisions with b-ball hoop bans?

I know some people thinking about moving to Neenah or southern part of Appleton and they are looking for a subdivision with covenants banning those driveway basketball hoops. Apparently in some places those are banned through covenants because they become a nuisance to the neighbors (balls rolling into yards, constant bouncing sounds, etc). Anyone know of subdivisions like this in the stated areas?

Default retirement homes?

If the bouncing b-balls, kids playing, etc is a nuisance, then a retirement community where residents have to be over 55 sounds perfect by your definition. Most of those are in Florida though. hmm.

No basketball hoops? Bouncing balls, kids playing a "nuisance?" Sounds like my idea of Hell to me. No thank you.
