We had a similar problem. It was around the same time everyday and the police came and sat and waited and the problem was solved.

In NY we lived on a cul de sac. The guy who lived at the end thought it was his job to reach the end of the road as quickly as possible. We had signs posted with the speed limit but it didn't help. We called the police and they talked to him and then started patrolling the street when he got off of work and that did slow him down.

Kate,
I can relate to what you just said to. We lived in a subdivison in Pacific and we had a Cul de Sac lot. There were only two lots there, ours and our nosey neighbor. Any ways we had a neighbor kid that would come barreling down the road and he would just do 50-60 mph. So one day our nosey neighbor chewed the kid out, after that the kid stopped driving down our road and found an alternative route to his house.

I would call the police, it's only a matter of time before someone gets hurt.

a 2" rope with 6" spikes driven thru it makes a crude but effective "stop stick" if the police don't correct the problem......

Default thanks for the advice

Thanks to all that have replied. I will be keeping track of the times he drives by so the police can see for themselves! Thanks.
