Default Wisconsin Graduating requirements

We are moving from Michigan to either LaCrosse area or Winona and Rochester area as my husband will work in any of these areas. My son is in 9th grade and Michigan just passed more requirements for Graduates this year and his class is the first class that must have all the extra requiements. What is the Graduation requirements in Wisconsin for High School.

I'd be happy to answer that for you. I just graduated from Portage High in 2007 and the amount of credits needed were 24 total.

What most schools require in Wisconsin

-English (4 credits)
-Health (.5 credit)
-Mathematics (2 credits)
-Physical Education (1.5 credits)
-Science (2 credits)
-Social Studies (3 credits)

The other 11 or so will be through electives offered at your sons high school.
