De Pere for sure. Good schools, short commute to Green Bay when you HAVE to go. Nice clean community. Avoid River Park Terrace Apartments though . . . we just moved out of there . . . seems nice upfront but the manager is a real witch and treats her tenants like they are all two year olds and they nickle and dime you to death with increases in water and laundry facility charges. The lounge is rarely available and the pool and hot tub are closed many times too. Overall, it is overpriced and not a place for a family.
