Default Whats your favorite time of year in Wisconsin?

We have two seasons in Wisconsin, Road construction and Winter. Just kidding. Wisconsin has a abundance of beauty in each season. What's your favorite season? And why?

Mine is Fall because things are cooling off and the leaves are changing. The spirit of a small town in a October on a Friday night is just fun. The football games. The cool night breezes. Also every fall I always like to start looking at what I did that year. Ever since I graduated high school a year ago fall hasn't been the same. No more school. You can't forget the changing of the leaves. They are quite a sight to be seen.

I like summer. In particular June where you know you have the whole summer left to enjoy.

I like it all really, Fall is great, warm days, cool nights for sleeping, gorgeous colors, but Spring is green and fresh, great to see everything coming alive after the winter sleep!

I like Summer, too but really am not a hot weather person, if it were in the high 70's maybe 80 I'd be a very happy camper. Winter has its moments, too, I love looking at the snow after a storm, very pretty (before it turns that dusty brown color)!

I too love Fall the best. There is something about the quality of the air, the colors, the scent in the air, that combines to fill me with happiness every autumn.

I have to say summer. I love to bail hay and get the best workout that I can. and of course taking my kids camping during the summer just gives me some of my best memories.

I left Illinois for Wisconsin so I'd say Wisconsin! When my folks were alive, my dad wanted to go to the Carolinas in the worst way but my mom wouldn't have it so they stayed in Illinois.

I love to visit NC and Tenn. but not to live, not for me. One of my favorite places in Tenn. is the area by Waynesboro. I've driven there several times to go to a spa, a great rustic place tucked in the hills, down in a valley, surrounded by caves and rocks, a beautiful natural bridge and no cell phone signal!

This one is easy. When the high temps first consistently hit above 70 degrees and the sun is out the majority of the time. And, hopefully there will be a few months of the same. This usually occurs in June(but not always)

Agreed with the previous poster.

Summer, summer, summer. I am not a fan in general of Wisconsin's weather, but summers are GREAT in Wisconsin (more warm / hot than the upper Pacific Coast but much less stifling heat than much of the more southern areas of the nation).

Fall would be 2nd.

A very, very distant 3rd would be spring.

Winter, well, bringing up the rear so far that it barely could fit into this post!!
