I'm in Chicago, like winter, and have been disappointed for at least a decade. It occurs to me that we are done with winter here. We will never again see sub zero weather, never have more than 6" of snow at time, never have more than 2 or 3 snow events per winter, and never again have snow that lasts more than a couple of weeks.

Chelito23...when was the last time DC got snow? granted I live in raleigh (a 4 hour drive) but I dont remember any place on the 'lower east coast' getting any snow in awhile!? usually if DC gets snow we do...i guess it is the weather pattern but what we get they usually get or what they get we may get

I think this weather is a celebration!!!! no more snow! not such extreme cold!! I would love it to stay this way! Life is so much easier!

Finally got snow and we need more..Our first cold spell oh well that part of it. I love it here because we get snow and variety. Some of us were getting to spoiled. Just got to snuggle more in the chill Birdie, it does have advantages.
