I am currently looking into South Wisconsin as my new place to live and this forum gave me tons of information about many great locations, but not one mention about Fort Atkinson. From what I was able to find out, it seems like a very nice place to raise kids (we have two little boys). Can anyone confirm that? Would appreciate any info.
Thanks. Last edited by Misia; 01-03-2007 at 11:46 PM. |

Hi,
I lived there quite a long time ago, just out of college and it was a very nice town. I imagine it has grown quite a bit since Madison has had such a housing price increase over the years. Looks like the public elementary schools do well, I didn't look at the the other stats. Here is a link to all the schools in the area. http://www.greatschools.net/modperl/achievement/wi/476 |

Thanks a lot for the school link. It's a great web site. Really appreciate it.
