Moving from Saukville
We live in Saukville which is about 30 miles north of Milwaukee. Our home is a early 70's 3 bed 2.5 bath with new European style windows, new kitchen, and finished basement. Our detached garage has a new roof and new siding and is huge!! Two cars wide and 2 cars deep!!
We haven't put it on the market yet because we worry about the current housing market. The high estimated value is 200K according to this website.
What would you recommend that we do to ensure that we get a good sale price?? Ideas??
