Topographical Map of Wisconsin... Kinda
Well since I was at Devils Lake last night I took a picture or two of a map that shows the geographical regions of Wisconsin. It gives a nice detail of the Driftless area to the West-Southwest part of the state. Also shows where the Glacial Drumlins are as well.
The driftless area is shaded in the dark sandstone brown.
A zoom in of where I live, for anyone who doesn't know it's Portage.

Neat, Josh! I was looking at the mention of Buried Forest north of me in Two Creeks. I definitely have to explore more in my area!

You're right, Josh, not too many posters seem to be from the sort of central east side!!!
My sister and brother-in-law are heading here the 2nd from Iowa and they are going to take their time, drive through the south and north portion of the Kettle Morraine. The drive from there to here is great and they love to take regular 2 lane highways.

Not this time but they've done that though. Some areas of Wisc. they've seen more than me because they lived in NE Iowa for quite awhile and would get to Western Wisc. alot. They are great for exploring.
As soon as this 4th of July mini-reunion is over, I plan on taking a break from my list of projects. I want to do quite a few day trips to places I've never been.
