Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas! We're driving from De Pere to Pembine. I hope the roads aren't too bad, as they were very icy last night.

Hope you all had a nice holiday!

The decorations are all down, packed and sealed, ready to go on the moving truck in the Spring. One more step in the right direction. Or right for us anyway.

Hope everyone has a Happy New Year and that 2010 is the fresh start our country needs after all the disasters of the past ten years.

You know I might enjoy winter more if it were legal to drive a snowmobile or a four wheeler in Milwaukee.

BacktoNE, you're getting there, a few more months, I know that is what you want!

How's everyone doing on the snowy day after??? Hope all is well, I'm thinking with these snow bands moving through lake side (we got 12" here today), roads might not be too great!

More snow here yesterday - driving was a big tricky with a little sliding but definitely not the worst. I'm just anxious to see the sun again!!

Hope everyone has been safe and sound and had a wonderful holiday. I had to work this weekend and it snowed both days. I know near the Wis. border they had 14 inches of snow. Further south by me, we had 5 inches or so.
My husband and I were planning to go north next week, not sure if it will happen. I want to check out Christie Mt.
Again, hope this week is cheery for you all!

Hope you get back up north soon, Jill, I know you like it.

I exagerated about snow total, more like 9 instead of 12! I go by my deck railing, I swept it off when it had 4 inches on it. I shoveled before I went to bed and the railing had another 5 inches, one good thing, it was light and fluffy!

Hope everyone has a great week and take care out there!

It's been pretty quiet around here lately. What is everyone doing for New Years eve? I'm just spending my at my girlfriends place. I guess we have to watch the ball drop. I remember last year I was in bed by ten on New Years. Things do change. It's supposed to be super cold out too.

Bundle Up and drive safe all. Don't drink and drive.

Josh

I'll be at home, my friend was driving up from Illinois but we've changed plans, he'll probably come up on the weekend.

It will be an early night for me, too, watch the ball drop in NYC and then sleep!

I just shoveled, windy/chilly, a good day to be indoors! Be safe and Happy New Year!!!
