Default Kenosha Streetcars
I am thinking about riding the Metra up to Kenosha so I can ride the streetcars there. Does anyone know how to get there from the Metra station? The Kenosha transit site isn't very helpful. Thanks.

Hi Supernerdgirl...no you are not nerdy at all. I have been to Kenosha several times to ride the streetcars there and I will be there once again in 5 weeks from now to ride them again. When you get off of Metra at the Kenosha Station, just walk across the parking lot and there is a streetcar stop right there. The streetcars are actually PCC's that are (I believe) originally from Toronto and are painted in various schemes of different streetcar companies from around the US. They travel in a loop which is about 2 miles long and it is 25 cents to ride

thank you thank you! I'm glad someone finally replied to this! I hope to go up there in the next few weeks sometime ... things are pretty hectic right now. (It took me long enough to reply back, huh? )
