farmhouse outside of Mauston (property tax, realty, castle)

I am trying to figure out how to get information on an old farmhouse with outbuildings that can be seen from the Sandridge Secure Treatment Center. I am told it appears to be empty. I am in Idaho and have no way of finding out who might own it. I have emailed several realtors in the area but get no response. Anyone with any info or ideas?

I do believe the farm you are refering to is the old Merk farm. The land was bought up by the city a few years ago to expand the industrial park. Hope this helps!

If it's in town, call the city government offices (or email them--find their contact info. online). if it's outside of town, call or email the county offices. Someone is paying property tax on the property, and the city or county will know who this is, including if it is now public property as another responder thought it might be.

Castle Rock Realty sold our farmette in Mauston 5 years ago. Ask them about other farms.
