We want to back to Wisconsin to be closer to family and better schools, we live in Arizona now, but we aren't sure what to do about jobs. My husband wants to quit his job now, so we dont' really want to transfer with his current job. My question is should he find a new job now, here, and then in a few months (our lease is up the end of April) ask/tell them he needs to transfer or should he stick with his current job and then find a new one when he gets there. Would he have a difficult time finding a job (around $35,000-$40,000 min.) once we moved there? Any tips? We have been in Phoenix for almost 7 years now. Our family lives in Pembine (about 2 hrs. north of Appleton). Thanks.

There are plenty of temp agencies to start at. Depends on what you are looking for I guess.

Try Time Warner Cable. If you have a good work record you would be surprised what you can do with the company. You can interview before your move.
