Idiots that work for the state of Wi (legal, move)

Anyone ever had to deal with State of Wis DWD employee U/C specialist who wrote on a claim you gave them lies and things you never said?
I have tryed to deal with this persons supervisor and find this person will not deal with the issue and is doing this so to save their coworkers lying butt.
Anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this problem or a legal way to get back at the falsehoods this person put down in this claim for U/C.

If I were you, I'd just forget it and move on. There are more important things to get upset about than something on a U. C. claim----that may be not what you want to hear, but, that's what I would do. That said, if that's not what you decide to do----start writing to people in State Government about the issue-----remember------"when dealing with a pile of sh*t, it's usually just as easy to create a big stink by stiring it with a little stick, as with a big one."
